Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in
    SAP SuccessFactors
    operations and configuration, preferably in a GxP-regulated environment
  • Experience in interfacing with QA, IT, and business teams in regulated environments.
  • Experience with working with validated computer systems (CSV), GxP and Quality Management
  • Good knowledge of most phases of the V-model/Agile delivery methodology, and ISPE GAMP5 guidelines
  • Experience with creating and reviewing documentation
  • Experience working in cross-border pharmaceutical supply chains.
  • Familiar with SAFe Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
