We're looking for a Digital Product & Partnerships Associate who will play a vital role in driving innovation and building ecosystems that shape the future of insurance. This is your chance to work on first-in-market digital initiatives that reach Gen Z, Millennials, digitally enabled customers, and corporate clients.

What you'll do:
  • Support the end-to-end execution of digital products and partnership life cycles – from ideation, design, and launch to post-launch improvements
  • Help evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic partners to expand our digital ecosystem
  • Collect and analyze customer insights and competitor data to guide product decisions
  • Map customer journeys and work with CX/UI/UX teams to ensure seamless digital experiences
  • Coordinate go-to-market campaigns with the Marketing team and track performance
  • Provide reporting, analytics, and operational support to keep projects on track
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years' experience in product coordination, partnerships, digital operations, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Excel, or PowerPoint is an advantage
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation and customer experience
