Role description:

Our Technology Product team is seeking a Product Manager that will be pivotal in shaping our digital product strategy, driving successful delivery of products, and key business outcomes. Reporting directly to Product Management Director, you will play a key role in delivering technology, product innovation, and development to drive our e-commerce growth and scalability while enabling organization efficiency and promoting cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Lead product development for our B2B products and related app experiences
• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and outcomes
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including conceptualization, development, testing, launch, and post-launch
• Define clear product requirements for Product design team and Engineering team to deliver high-quality digital products
• Establish product documents, key milestones, and success metrics
• Identify new product opportunities and emerging trends, particularly in the context of AI and technology innovation
• Collaborate with Product design team to conduct market research, data analysis, and user feedback
• Support product performance reporting and analysis in creating actionable insights to advise product decisions and drive innovation
• Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among stakeholder feedback, performance, and operational support load

Cross-functional collaboration & Project Management

• Collaborate with Product designer, Product owner, Product manager, and Project manager to support the timely launch of digital initiatives
• Collaborate with executives, collaborators, and cross-functional stakeholders in all product details, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, championing a collaborative team environment
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies

Qualifications:

• A successful candidate will be highly analytical, customer-focused, team-oriented, and will have the ability to work independently under time constraints
• 1+ years of experience in a digital product management role
• Alternatively, 2+ years of product management, business development, or technology experience
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Solid understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and standard process
• Validated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies within product development processes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AI-driven product enhancements is preferred
• Strategic mentality, combining a customer-centric approach and passion for innovation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
• Equipped with a reliable work-from-home setup (laptop, noise-canceling headset).
• A stable internet connection and backup plan are required.
• Power backup is recommended to ensure smooth work continuity.
• Willing to work night shifts (PST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php48,500.00 per month
