Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will help us grow our online presence, engage our target audience, and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, and content marketing.

· Create and manage engaging content that highlights our expertise, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.

· Optimize and monitor digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize reach and conversion rates.

· Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

· Manage and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Oversee social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running targeted ad campaigns.

· Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, and automation, to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

· Collaborate with our sales and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and product offerings.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

· Track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the industrial or B2B sectors is an advantage

· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM and SMM.

· Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)

· Graphic design, video editing and content creation skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

· Strong analytical skills with a results-driven approach.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
