Lead the transformation of global finance operations in as an AVP for P2P in an individual contributor role by driving the migration, standardization, and optimization of P2P processes to our Manila hub. This high-impact role blends project management, transition leadership, and operational excellence—shaping the future of shared services delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end P2P transitions from offshore locations
  • Design and roll out standardized processes across geographies
  • Manage day-to-day operations post-transition with a focus on SLAs and KPIs
  • Drive automation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with global teams and support strategic circle initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in P2P operations and project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft, and process controls
  • Proven leadership in shared services or GBS environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's in Business or Finance (MBA is a plus)
