About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Fersal Hotel Group. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our hotel brand and drive growth across our properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, attract new clients, and increase customer loyalty
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective customer experience
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize and improve

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
