Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion with a focus on quality and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables that align with client objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing status updates and managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve project-related issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and best practices to streamline project delivery and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology and Services industry, ideally in an outsourcing or offshore operations context.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and report on project metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaborative abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop strategic solutions.
• A relevant degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology and Services industry, ideally in an outsourcing or offshore operations context.
