Project Coordinator (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Participate in the team in providing large customer connections, underground and overhead supply, public lighting, telecommunications projects, and engineering consultancy services, providing balanced customer outcomes through collaboration with external stakeholders, local councils, and other authorities during the projects planning, design, approval, construction and close out/reconciliation phases.
  • Manage the initiation of project files and ensure delivery of project administration activities through the use of the company's project management system software.
  • Quote/estimate incoming jobs.
  • Prepare LV and Mains Maps for the Design Team.
  • Answer emails for different projects.
  • Perform filing and data entry.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to health, safety and the environment and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or any related field.
  • Experience in administration or project management.
  • Knowledge and experience in any document management systems.
  • Tech-savvy and ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Demonstrated capability to prioritize and manage assigned tasks and activities to meet required targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous background in project administration or project management is a plus.
