Job Description

The role requires the person employed to manage relations between the customers and the business with respect to projects and related items. Within the scope of this role are Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Scoping, and Coordination. As the role is designed for an experienced person, there will be a requirement for the candidate to be able to be flexible and be able to deal with ambiguity, particularly with new projects and solution design.

Primary Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Project Management (including working with Enterprise clients) which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Project Planning
  • Managing Issues/Risks – registers
  • Regular weekly meetings with the clients
  • Vendor management
  • People management (specific to in-progress engagements)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project monitoring and control
  • Project closure
  • Work with Pre-Sales on resource planning for new leads
  • Project Planning inputs in consultations with the Head of Projects
  • Participate in providing commercial inputs on sales leads (using existing templates)
  • Work with our Head of Product Development and/or Product Committee (TRIAD) members to ensure project dependencies are met (if custom development work is involved for the project)
  • Reporting (as requested or required)
  • Work closely with your manager to resolve any project escalations (internal or external)
  • Keeping the project teams motivated and focused on the outcome
  • Work with Integration Partners on delivering the integrated solution to the client.
  • Regular meetings with integration partner Project Managers (associated with the project)

The key challenge within this role is the speed of growth and the company is continually developing new systems and processes. In addition, the environment within this technology business is always changing and adjusting, thus flexibility and agility is required.

  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision;
  • Ability to multitask based on priorities;
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Zendesk (desirable, not essential);
  • Willingness to learn the product and each integrated software solution; and
  • Willingness to assist in client sessions, including training, configuration, and troubleshooting sessions.

Salary: 60,000 to 100,000
