Job description:

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Officer to assist in the coordination, administration and delivery of strategic projects. This role supports the Project Manager by gathering requirements, analyzing data, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project manager and team.

  • Assist in the collection, preparation, documentation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, process maps, business requirements, use cases and project registers.

  • Support workshops and meetings through liaising with stakeholders to facilitate project progress, gather insights, and resolve issues

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Support testing activities including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery framework.

Qualification and requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a business analyst or project support role.

  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2) is desirable

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
