Job Summary:

The role will oversee the efficient management of warehouse operations and the seamless distribution of supplies to all branches. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage inventory, optimize storage and distribution processes, coordinate delivery schedules, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate movement of goods from the warehouse to multiple NCR and provincial branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in multi-branch distribution operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City and travel to branches and the Pasay main office as required.
