We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) – Claims & Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer claims, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of discrepancies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, validate, and resolve customer claims in a timely manner.
  • Perform account reconciliations to identify and resolve variances or discrepancies.
  • Investigate billing, payment, and deduction issues to ensure accurate account balances.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to resolve claim-related concerns.
  • Prepare reports on claims status, reconciliations, and outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end closing activities by providing reconciled AR data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections.
  • Knowledgeable in advanced Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Hands-on experience in ERP or finance systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
