About the role

We are looking for a driven and experienced US Medical Claims Analyst (AR Collections/Follow Up) to join our team in Pasay City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for analysing and resolving complex medical claims for our US-based clients, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR) collections and follow-up. This is a critical position that will have a direct impact on the financial performance and client satisfaction of our healthcare services business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and analyse complex US medical claims to identify issues and discrepancies
  2. Conduct thorough research and follow up on outstanding AR balances with insurance providers and patients
  3. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies and patients to resolve claim disputes and collect payments
  4. Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular status updates on all claim resolutions
  5. Collaborate with the broader claims processing team to identify process improvements and streamline operations
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience working as a medical claims analyst or in an AR collections role, preferably within the US healthcare system
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex claim issues
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, insurance providers and patients
  4. Proficient in using medical billing and claims management software
  5. Working knowledge of US healthcare regulations, insurance plans and reimbursement processes
  6. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset
