We are seeking a experienced Claims Representative to join our growing Healthcare BPO team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end medical billing cycle, ensuring timely collections, following up on unpaid claims, and maintaining healthy cash flow for healthcare providers in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform follow-ups with insurance companies (payers) on outstanding claims (AR).
  • Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims using payer portals or calling payers directly.
  • Work on aging reports to minimize AR days.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities in the billing system.
  • Coordinate with the billing and coding teams to resolve claim-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal data security standards.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in Accounts Receivable, Claims, Healthcare Billing or Healthcare Collections
  • Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
  • Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software is a definite advantage.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare terminology will be considered a plus
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at Imet BPO Tower, Pasay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
