KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile Bank Accounts (daily) - Ensure accurate and timely completion of Trust's Bank Account reconciliations
- Reconsile and maintain the Group of Companies data in its accounting system - currently MYOB
- Commission processing, enquiries, recording and payments
- Assist with management accounts specifically profit and loss and balance sheets including amortization and depreciation records for designated accounts
- Conduct General data entry and administration
- Assist Treasury team with month-end reporting
- Assist with audit activities as required
- Commission-processing
- Other duties as assigned by Management
