KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reconcile Bank Accounts (daily) - Ensure accurate and timely completion of Trust's Bank Account reconciliations
  • Reconsile and maintain the Group of Companies data in its accounting system - currently MYOB
  • Commission processing, enquiries, recording and payments
  • Assist with management accounts specifically profit and loss and balance sheets including amortization and depreciation records for designated accounts
  • Conduct General data entry and administration
  • Assist Treasury team with month-end reporting
  • Assist with audit activities as required
  • Commission-processing
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
