Manpower Resource Specialist

Manpower Resource Specialist is primarily responsible in the daily duty detail, particularly on the equipment assignment on vessel and storage operation. It is also responsible for ensuring that the gears in a machine are properly meshed and functioning correctly and lubricating the gears and checking for wear.
Coordinates with the Operations Resource Supervisor for the daily duty detail, particularly on the equipment assignment on vessel and storage operation.
Prepares summary and / or report of needed equipment per vessel and / or shift.
Arranges and dispatches equipment according to duty detail.
Coordinates with Vessel Supervisors for the equipment deployment and situational requirements.
Coordinates with the Engineering Department personnel on equipment breakdowns and recommends possible replacements.
Responsible for ensuring cargo handling gears inventory are properly maintained.
Responsible for ensuring that gears are sufficient to meet the day-to-day operations requirements.
Responsible for ensuring the gears are properly monitored.
Responsible for the storage and safekeeping of gears.
Must know that type of gears to be deployed and its capacities.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
