About the role CRS Manpower Incorporated is seeking a talented Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will be crucial in supporting our Accounting and Finance operations. As an Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. What you'll be doing Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Support the month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and support decision-making Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Accounting or Finance role Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills What we offer At CRS Manpower Incorporated, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
