Admin Staff

We are seeking detail-oriented Admin Staff to organize, maintain, and manage physical and digital filing systems. This role ensures documents are properly stored, easily accessible, and accurately catalogued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, file, and organize documents in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
- Retrieve files and documents as necessary
- Update and input data into filing databases
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
- Scan and digitize paper documents when needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS office
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Previous office or filing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry files and boxes up to 25 pounds
