Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in BS Accountancy.
At least 1-2 year experience in General Affairs/Admin staff
Experience in processing DOLE, DOJ and PEZA.
Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining detailed records of administrative tasks, schedules, and other relevant information.
Providing general administrative support to teams, executives, and various departments.
Provides direct administrative support to individuals or teams, often involving scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Ensuring efficient and smooth operations by prioritizing tasks, maintaining schedules, and keeping detailed records.
Ensures the smooth operation of the office environment, handling tasks like managing phone calls, mail, and equipment.
