recruiter
to join our growing team.

This role is
fully remote
, but you must be
based in Manila
with proven recruitment experience. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your expertise and initiative are valued from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for cross-functional roles, from briefing to onboarding
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and
    direct headhunting
  • Use creative approaches to
    attract and engage top talent in the Manila market
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective results
  • Keep accurate records and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Based in
    Manila
    (or surrounding areas) with a
    strong local talent network
  • Skilled in
    headhunting and proactively sourcing candidates
    in the Manila market
  • Comfortable and
    experienced working remotely
    as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to connect with both candidates and clients
  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in managing workload
  • Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms
