The candidate will take accountability for the Company's hiring which includes providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs. This will involve strategizing with Management on Recruiting alignment and future direction, working with OZ heads on the qualification, and driving execution on the fulfilling those needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITYResponsible for ensuring programs achieve business objectives by filling staffing requisitions with qualified candidates on a timely basis.

Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, and implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure the company's competitiveness in recruiting. Drive the design, development, and delivery of effective sourcing plans. Manages the Sourcing Team and report on its performance

Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements

Develop and administers an effective ongoing recruitment process

Coordinates with Operations, and other OZs to achieve recruitment headcounts and milestones. Works closely with all levels of management to satisfy recruiting needs. Develops recruitment plans, goals strategies, and activities.

Establishes and maintains recruiting network with various schools, training centers, and potential organizations that can provide/endorse pool of applicants. Develops and produces reports and metrics that assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.
