Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for
    both technical and non-technical positions
    across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Partner closely with senior management to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Attend regular cadence meetings to provide clear updates on recruitment status, pipeline progress, and hiring challenges.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, recruitment platforms, and industry events, to attract top-tier talent.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and partner with hiring managers to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers, secure candidate acceptance, and support smooth onboarding transitions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive recruitment experience gained from working with reputable recruitment and staffing agencies
    , successfully hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across various industries.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple countries within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong capability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in participating in and contributing to cadence meetings, providing clear and strategic updates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, best practices, and legal requirements across different markets.
