Executive Search Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging senior-level and niche professionals for leadership and highly specialized positions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, market research, and relationship management to ensure the successful placement of top-tier talent that aligns with client and organizational needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Search
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments from client briefing to candidate placement.
- Conduct in-depth research to map industries, companies, and talent pools.
- Source and engage passive candidates through headhunting, networking, referrals, and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate fit for role, culture, and leadership capabilities.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives to understand role requirements and success profiles.
- Present shortlists, market insights, and candidate recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, clients, and industry contacts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and market salary benchmarks.
- Provide clients and internal leaders with talent market insights to support strategic hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and confidential experience.
- Support offer negotiation and facilitate smooth onboarding for placed candidates.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, search reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy laws, and ethical search practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search, headhunting, or specialized/niche recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, databases, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search).
- Ability to manage multiple high-level searches with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
