The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead is responsible in ensuring the smooth operations within the HR department by overseeing various administrative tasks and serving as a key point of contact for employee concerns. He/She will be responsible for managing assets, facilitating employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the overall HR function.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Visits plants and stores/branches to ensure compliance to regulatory bodies related to HR work and employee compliance to existing policies and procedures.
  • Supervises company asset requests for new hires and incumbent employees such as phones, laptops and other materials to employees.
  • Prepares and signs off on accountability agreements for the signature of employees in relation to received company assets.
  • Monitors records of distributed assets and updates inventory as necessary.
  • Addresses employee inquiries and concerns through various channels including phone calls messages or in-person meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Responding to payroll inquiries and concerns raised by employees.
  • Facilitating employee inquiries and concerns raised by employees.
  • Collaborating with different divisions/department to resolve manpower related issues and concerns.
  • Conducts sessions with employees to address both work-related and non-work-related concerns
  • Administers employee quitclaims and facilitates exit interviews.
  • Manages the procurement of office supplies for cluster offices and branches.
  • Ensures adequate supply levels to support operational needs.
  • Serves as the company representative during inspections.
  • Ensures compliance with DOLE regulations and requirements.
  • Acts as the point of contact for communicating with agency concerns and attending to DOLE cases.
  • Assists in the establishment of new branches by preparing DOLE establishment reports.
  • Coordinate new branch openings and DOLE audits as required.
  • Supports the division's objectives and strategies by assisting with additional HR administration requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administrations or related courses
  • 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or as a HR Business Partner preferably in Supervisory or Lead role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (for building trust, rapport and positive relationships with employees at all level of the organization)
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify the root causes of the employee issues, and develop creative solutions to address them.

  • Ability to prioritize task and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
