About the Role

We're looking for a Procurement Service Coordinator to support procurement and contract administration activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of procurement tasks, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination across teams.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

  • Coordinate with end-user departments, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Track contract expirations, renewals, and procurement timelines.
  • Maintain procurement trackers and ensure completeness of data.
  • Conduct market and vendor research to expand supplier sources.
  • Monitor deliveries, payments, and compliance with internal standards.

Administrative Support

  • Manage document uploads, contract records, and data organization in SharePoint and eProcurement systems.
  • Prepare digital materials (reports, PowerPoint decks, visuals) aligned with branding standards.
  • Assist in report preparation, meetings, and logistics for events or workshops.
  • Maintain databases, files, and team records efficiently.

Other Duties

  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with
    at least 3 years of experience
    in procurement and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with
    SharePoint
    required.
  • Knowledge of procurement, construction, or facility management processes is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
