Our client is a leading Australian packaging manufacturer with a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and operational scale. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a Philippines-based
Indirect Procurement Specialist
to join their team and support procurement activities across maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), logistics, and business services.

This newly created role will work closely with category managers and stakeholders across engineering, operations, and finance to manage sourcing projects, supplier relationships, and procurement systems. The successful candidate will contribute to both tactical and strategic initiatives, helping drive value, compliance, and efficiency across the indirects portfolio.

The role is based in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. During the first six months, the work setup will follow a hybrid model of three days in-office and two days remote. Standard working hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support category strategy development and execution for maintenance, repair, operations (MRO) and business services.
  • Independently manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for smaller categories.
  • Conduct supplier analysis, market research, and spend analytics to inform procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and contracts in SAP and Coupa.
  • Track cost savings, supplier KPIs, and rebate performance.
  • Assist in supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and contract renewals.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and procurement-related initiatives.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within MRO, indirects, or business services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP and Coupa preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.
