  • Working with HO Finance and Accounting team on accounting process and system setup as well as daily finance and accounting work, including but not limited to invoice issuance, payment request, inventory & supply chain finance related tasks.
  • First contact for accounting matters with Head Office and subsidiaries. Prepare adhoc & monthly P&L、 BS & Cash Flow reports.
  • Working closely with business team to ensure compliance with local legislation, monitor the business performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of office, include provide standard clerical duties as assigned, respond to incoming communications such as phone calls and email; drafting and reviewing contracts, managing for facilities services, maintenance activities; working with relevant local and landlord to ensure office operational compliance; developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining and ordering of office equipment and supplies per request; Handling purchasing activities based on office user's request. Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Supporting all team members on daily basis .

Job Requirements:

  • Min
    3-5 years
    ' experience in
    Finance/Accounting
    field, Financial-related certificates are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Accounting, Finance & business administration.
  • Fluent in English, Understanding Chinese is preferred.
  • Multi-task function, hand-on experience in accounting and office management.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Must be willing to work
    onsite
    in Ortigas, Pasig City.
