  • Supervision:
    Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance.
  • Financial Operations:
    Oversee day-to-day financial activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Ensure the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, adhering to relevant accounting principles and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication:

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in finance or accounting, with experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
