We're a fast-growing, digitally-native Swiss company bringing the world's most innovative technology brands to the Swiss and wider DACH market. We partner with B2B retailers and operate multiple Marketplaces. In this role, you'll support both our back-office operations and our customer-facing activities.

What we're looking for

We are an agile and collaborative, international team seeking someone who:

  • Has a strong methodical and analytical approach
  • Can, with the utmost accuracy, input and maintain data in our ERP system.
  • Is eager to learn and use AI tools
  • Has a strong command of English and a basic understanding of written German (machine-translation)
  • Is flexible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Takes responsibility for an overview of all operations-related mattersIs organized and able to plan and perform work remotely with little supervision
  • Is willing to grow with our fast-paced company and potentially take on a more senior role in the near future

What you will do

On a daily basis, you will ensure our warranty processes and operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently by:

  • Processing warranty cases, verifying and updating all information in our ERP system
  • Communicating with customers about warranty-claim statuses
  • Issuing replacements or credit notes for approved warranty cases
  • Preparing internal and external reports on warranty volumes, and case statuses
  • Handling daily customer inquiries via email or ticketing system
  • Monitoring and tracking KPIs related to warranty turnaround, resolution rates, and costs
  • Supporting the supply-chain team with purchase orders, shipping quotations, and shipment follow-ups.
  • Creating monthly reports summarizing key metrics and performance insights
  • Documenting and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Undertaking additional duties as required to operations
