Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Cagayan De Oro City. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key responsibilities include recruiting, staffing logistics, employee orientation, and training development. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage employee relations, handle compensation and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing HR strategies and practices that support the business goals of the company.

  • Experience in training development and employee relations
  • Compensation and benefits administration expertise
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cagayan De Oro City
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
