Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Construction Project Coordinator to support residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed accurately, on schedule, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across residential project sites
  • Support Execution Team in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
  • Review and coordinate technical drawings, site measurements, and specifications
  • Assist in translating plans into on-site execution, flagging discrepancies early
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on site requirements and timelines
  • Track material orders, deliveries, and installations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with plans
  • Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues in coordination with the PM
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and reports

Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential construction, fit-out, or renovation projects
  • Strong technical understanding of construction processes, drawings, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and basic MEP drawings
  • Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working on-site and communicating with contractors
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
