JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the timely fulfillment of items for deployment based on computed requirements to capitalize sales trend. Monitors daily the on-shelf availability and safety stock levels of all planogram items across all stores. Ensures all transfers are processed within the agreed timeline.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIEs:

DEPLOYMENT and FULFILLMENT

  • Deploys items from the Distribution Center to stores based on computed requirements to maintain healthy days cover and maximize sales trend.
  • Computes sales uplift based on upcoming promotions.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Monitors and improves On-Shelf Availability (OSA) of all planogram items per store on a daily basis.
  • Identifies excess/ bad stocks in stores and provide recommendations to improve inventory level
  • Creates and monitors transfers based on requirements, and work closely with Transportation Planners to ensure timely arrival of stocks in store
  • Maintain adequate safety stock levels of all planogram SKUs across all the stores.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Understands the needs and requests of customers by providing a satisfying customer experience.
  • Effectively communicating and constantly responding stock replenishments and customer requests.
  • Monitor required stocks on store level from date of planning to requested delivery date. Track shipments from time to time to ensure they reach their destinations safely and on time.
  • Maintain optimal levels and improve OSA by delivering the right service at the right cost to increase profitability

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must be at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in BS Engineering or Math, or any related course
  • Experience of working knowledge of supply chain operations of the business
  • Experience in Distribution / Deployment Planning

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
