Fastco is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic and resourceful Business Development Executive to be a pivotal part of our growth in the Singapore market. Based remotely in the Philippines, you will be responsible for driving our strategic expansion by forging strong relationships with key clients in the Banking, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors. What You'll Do:

  • Spearhead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will identify potential clients, conduct market research, and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the Singapore market.
  • Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Go beyond the sale to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet and exceed your acquisition and revenue-related KPIs, directly contributing to our market share growth.
  • Meticulously manage your sales pipeline and customer data using our CRM, ensuring all activities are documented and opportunities are maximized.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and provide excellent customer service and support.

Who You Are:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and market penetration KPIs. Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry is highly preferred.
  • You have a knack for building relationships. Experience prospecting to Talent Acquisition teams within the Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing sectors is a significant advantage.
  • You possess outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, and can leverage tools like Tableau and spreadsheets for data analysis.
  • You are driven to achieve targets and possess a persistent, problem-solving mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
