What is your mission?

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives and accelerate project execution across our diverse lines of business, including Construction and Property Management. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination among team members, vendors, and agency partners.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Oversee the planning, design, approval, and production processes for marketing projects.
  • Develop timelines and content calendars to track project status and manage expectations.
  • Enhance and execute the existing marketing strategy by organizing tasks and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with the marketing manager and agencies to stay within scope, budget, and deadlines.
  • Hire and coordinate with freelancers as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project budgets and desired outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and supervising marketing team members.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, , Basecamp, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with InDesign and social media publishing tools/subscriptions.
  • Experience in content production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
