About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our rapidly growing Cancer Treatment Clinic in Paranaque City, Metro Manila (Parañaque,  Imus, Naga City, Quezon City,  Angeles, Bacolod, Pangasinan, or Baguio). As our Finance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cancer treatment clinic, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with the clinic's leadership team to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencies
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to maintain the clinic's financial integrity

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
  • Proven track record of implementing financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
