About the Role

We're launching a new boutique gym under Carbon Fitness at The Upper Deck, Ortigas — and we're looking for someone who can hustle, close deals, and lead with energy.

If you've done membership sales for Anytime Fitness, Fitness First, Gold's Gym, or other top commercial gyms, and you're hungry to make an impact, this is your chance to be part of a new fitness brand built for growth.

You'll be one of the pioneers — driving memberships, building relationships, and helping create a strong community from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Sell memberships and packages to walk-ins, leads, and corporate or event clients.
  • Be a closer — convert inquiries into loyal members through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales and retention goals through proactive outreach and smart engagement.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional member experience from sign-up to renewal.
  • Be part of launch events, activations, and promos that will introduce Carbon Fitness to the city.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads and conversions using sales tools or CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in gym membership sales (Anytime Fitness, Fitness First, Gold's Gym, Celebrity Fitness, or similar).
  • A hustler's mindset — goal-driven, confident, and relentless in following up leads.
  • Someone who's hungry to grow, competitive by nature, and loves a challenge.
  • Strong communication skills and genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days per week, including weekends or holidays when needed.
  • A natural leader who can influence others and build member loyalty.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
