Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance through phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional and positive company image.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
