About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' in Lahug Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients through voice-based interactions. With a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor as needed
  6. Adhering to established company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer needs
  3. Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  7. Proficient in the use of computer systems and software applications
