About the role

AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (Voice) - Free HMO to join our team in Apas Cebu City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and updates to customers
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  3. Familiarity with call centre operations and customer service best practices
  4. Proficiency in the English and Filipino languages
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
