JOB TITLE: MARKETING AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT, GENERAL/SENIOR MANAGER
Job Objectives:
•To lead the development of brand, creative and marketing projects, setting timelines, guidelines and standards to build a new brand under the Group, expanding the B2C sector.
•The position includes close alignment with our in-house style lab to come up with different car leather seats to sell to individual consumers. This position is also responsible for brand review and training. It includes managing the ROI of each campaign, monthly volume sold on the website and of each agent.
•Help with review submission, developing tools and providing education and training for the creative teams (branding agency) and then to implement the brand in internal and external touch points.
•The position requires travels to retail stores if needed and liaising with storefronts, agents while making sure the online platform runs smoothly.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Planning:
•Build and develop the brand across all media, especially the social media.
•Lead the development of marketing campaign and assets, including the business case, project brief, creative execution while managing deadlines and budget, with the ED/MD's approval.
•At the initial phase, will need to collaborate closely with our partners and associate companies to help support the development of the brand and creative strategy, including brand positioning, architecture and expression, including strategic direction for voice, tone and design and ability to evaluate the creatives. Eventually and along the way, we will need to build a team of our own.
•To help build a new branding and marketing department, which means helping and hiring our own in-house marketing team members.
•Provide consultation and support to retail shop leaders and sales, by providing creative strategic direction and insightful thinking throughout the creative process to ensure work is delivered to the front line on our campaigns and strategy.
•Lead the brand review process by ensuring the brand materials are on the brand across all touch points, including all marketing materials, facilities branding, events, videos, marketing and app/web properties by managing daily volume of each store

Qualifications:
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with, influence and inspire all levels in the organization including senior and executive management
•Strong written and verbal communications skills, written and verbal, including meeting, facilitation and presentation skill
•Project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands effectively and meticulous attention to detail
•Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent the brand internally and externally
•Knowledge across multiple communication vehicles: digital, social, print, video, environmental design and apparel
•Proven supervisory skills to be able to develop and direct a small team
Experience:
•Minimum 8 years of brand marketing, brand governance, design and training in corporate consulting environment or creative agency.
•Experience managing direct reports, outside agencies and vendors.
•Experience implementing marketing campaigns and large-scale integrated projects, including digital, social media, events, print items and video.
•B2C experience.
Education:
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field of study.
•Sociable, prepossessing and energetic.
•Can speak good English, Mandarin and Malay.
