Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, based in Paranaque, Philippines. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing assistance in managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating recruitment processes, conducting employee orientations, maintaining employee records and providing basic HR Services. The role also involves addressing employee concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture, and working closely with management to implement HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and managing Employee Relations
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining Job Descriptions
  • With working knowledge of HR Systems, e.g.,, Sprout HR
  • With high IT literacy with excellent proficiency in spreadsheets, data management, dashboard development, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • With substantial experience in workforce management
  • Previous experience in an IT or ITES company is an advantage
