Human Resources Manager,  Manufacturing, South Luzon, Philippines

A manufacturing company is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate, reporting to the Plant General Manager and Corporate HR Head, will be managing the Plant Human Resources operation in line with the objective to create a productive, safe, and a satisfying workplace.

Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related field
Fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources and general administration in a leadership or managerial role from the manufacturing industry
Strong background in labor laws
Experience working in an unionized organization would be an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills, analytical and goal oriented
Able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Willingness to be based in Calabarzon area
Filipino candidates only
