Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors payments and expenditures

  2. Prepares and verifies employees expense reports

  3. Prepares checks or uploads online payments for employees

  4. Ensures timely payments for vendors

  5. Prepares timely finance updates to vendors

  6. Records customer payments

  7. Monitors and collects customers receivables

  8. Prepares and analyzes monthly accounts reports

  9. Monitors and reports aging receivables

  10. Prepares supporting documents for EWT and VAT

  11. Files and maintains records and database

  12. Ensures records and database are accurate

  13. Reports and properly communicates to the immediate superior relevant finance and accounting-related reports

  14. Provides timely and accurate feedback to the team regarding finance and accounting-related issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome; experience in billing and accounts payable/receivable is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
