As a Junior Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Oracle e-Business Suite applications with other systems, as well as providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions. You will be responsible for designing and managing different areas related to the spectrum of work of Oracle. This includes creating, modifying, and testing the codes, scripts, and forms that allow a system to run different types of applications. As a Junior Developer you will join the existing support applications developer to form a development team as part of the Health Sciences Support Transition and Transformation and Service team.

Requirements
Taks within your role include:

  • Conducting trial runs of software applications
  • Performing system analysis.
  • Reviewing programs.
  • Preparing workflow charts
  • Correcting errors in programs

Responsibilities within your role include:

  • Under the guidance of the lead developer, create, upgrade and maintain software developed by the team internally for the purposes of Health Sciences Support or other related business units within Oracle
  • Perform ad-hoc queries using the existing tooling per request
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow automation scope and alleviate teams via tooling
  • Adhere to documentation requirements

Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]

  • A minimum of a having a university diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role or equivalent and have the relevant experience working in a multinational corporate environment
