Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall leadership in the physical distribution (Depots and TPLS) shop floor per shift.
  • Manages proper and efficient delivery documentation and delivery planning of orders.
  • Maintains and ensures accurate bad order entries into SAP.
  • Monitors the third-party logistics, cross-docking, and depot processes, performance, and compliance.
  • Monitors the day-to-day operation of physical distribution for efficient delivery and movement of goods and documents.
  • Keeps track of all inbound and outbound flow of delivery and returns documents through DC Team Leaders with the end goal of avoiding delays.
  • Manages proper forecasting of finished goods for transfer to depots and third-party logistics in VisMin.
  • Monitors and arranges with the truckers, haulers, and forwarders the timely delivery of finished goods from Libtong Plant to depots, cross-docking partners, and TPLs, as well as the on-time delivery from depots, cross-docking partners, and TPLs to customers.
  • Meets required product delivery targets and timeliness.
  • Helps physical distribution manpower in improving their skills and becoming more competent and flexible in doing various physical distribution-related tasks.
  • Conducts and leads meetings with the subordinates discussing all updates, concerns, and other important information in relation to physical distribution daily activities and future projects.
  • Ensures integrity and accuracy of the physical stocks and returned/backloaded stocks in the cro86-docking facilities and depots versus the system records.
  • Ensures accurate picking and packing of stocks for delivery from cross-docking facilities and depots to customers.
  • Ensures that 5's and safety rules are observed within the physical distribution premises. Identify and escalate working hazards to the safety officer. and ensures that physical distribution is GMP and HACCP compliant.
  • Plans the delivery accordingly based on transport zoning.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four year business or engineering course.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in a supervisory position handling logistics and physical distribution.
  • With good leadership & management skills. Outstanding analytical, problem solving & organizational skills.
