We are looking for a Senior Support Operations Specialist (Field & Deployed Assets QA Technician) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help ensure that our deployed assets and internal systems run smoothly and reliably. You'll be the first line of support for customers, while also testing, monitoring, and improving processes to keep everything efficient and effective. Must Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, IT support, field service, or operational process improvement
  • Technical knowledge in IT, diagnostics, and hardware/software integration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or Jira)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through internal systems in a timely and accurate way
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
  • Monitor deployed assets and internal systems to identify and resolve problems quickly
  • Conduct remote inspections and audits to ensure proper installation and performance
  • Update internal databases with technical issue details and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Gather feedback and analyze reports to recommend improvements
  • Support process optimization and contribute to operational excellence initiatives
  • Document findings, test results, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

Plus to Have

  • Background in software coding, electronics, or mechanics
  • Experience with diagnostic tools, predictive maintenance, or performance tracking
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Grafana, Databricks, or HubSpot
  • Previous exposure to failure analysis methods and quality audits

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
