Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client & Agency Relationship Management:

Manage a dedicated portfolio of agencies and clients, deliver excellent account management, while retaining growth and preventing churn.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and small business clients using our SEM platform.

Identity, understand and articulate agency/client goals and provide advertising solutions, insights and other support to meet their needs.

Ability to tailor the value of our offerings to the customers' unique needs.

Adept at presenting to influence decision makers, driving positive revenue outcomes for both the client and Microsoft Advertising.

  1. Campaign Management & Optimization:

Lead, drive and manage Agency initiatives and optimization tactics that can be reused across multiple agencies to drive efficiency and success.

Lead, manage and execute the best optimization strategy (search, native, display) across multiple accounts to ensure performance metrics are met.

Develop tailored solutions and recommendations to improve campaign results, drive ROI, and support long-term client retention and trust.

  1. Strategic Consultation:

Provide clients and agencies with expert guidance on SEM strategies, industry trends, and platform best practices.

Leverage data and reporting, analyzing what agency/client needs are vs current state, to increase adoption across the portfolio of ad products to drive success for customers.

Leverage available sales materials to provide guidance and recommendations to optimize, retain and on-board new agency clients.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and performance metrics to make recommendations for optimization and in partnership with agency/client priorities actions for success.

Utilize insights to recommend SEM tools, advertising strategies, and platform features that drive better outcomes.

  1. Collaboration & Internal Advocacy:

Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing feedback and collaborating with internal teams to identify customer insights (spend and performance), best practices, challenges in role platform and product feedback, to influence product and engineering teams to support with continuous improvements.

Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and product experts to align strategies with overall business goals.

  1. Process Improvement:

Follow and refine established processes and documentation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in digital media sales
(Paid Media Sales),

Managing campaigns on platforms like
Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Meta or similar.

At least 3 years in sales, account management, or client service roles, with a focus on media agency
experience

preferred

Proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client/agency decision makers; possessing a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, executive maturity, integrity and accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines.
