Do you excel at designing training that inspires frontline teams to go the extra mile?MaxiHealth is looking for an Operations Training Supervisor who can lead, innovate, and elevate the way we deliver care across every clinic touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Your daily responsibilities include:
o Build programs that improve service delivery and patient satisfaction
o Collaborate with clinic leaders to address gaps and create impactful learning solutions
o Facilitate in-person and virtual training for nurses, doctors, and frontliners
o Use simulations, role-plays, and real-life cases to make learning stick
o Immerse new hires in our service culture and standards
o Provide ongoing refreshers and microlearning content
o Conduct audits and coach underperformers with clinic leaders
o Introduce new ideas—hospitality-inspired modules, journey mapping, and best practices
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Education, or related field (Master's a plus)
Experience/Knowledge:
• 3 years' experience in training, or service quality—preferably in healthcare or customer-facing industries
• Strong facilitation skills with both in-person and virtual audiences
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Skilled in designing engaging training content (PowerPoint, e-learning tools)
• Familiarity with patient care operations and service excellence principles
Traits:
• Compassionate communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset; able to track and interpret service performance metrics
• Creative, adaptable, and driven to inspire teams to exceed service standards
• Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
