Overview

Safety Training Supervisor (Facilitator) responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs for the Transport Operations Group and Angkas bikers; ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop training plans, schedules, and materials aligned with departmental goals to address identified skill gaps and meet the needs of the Transport Operations Group and Angkas bikers.
  • Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and design targeted training programs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs covering topics such as defensive riding techniques, traffic laws, emergency procedures, and first aid.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to incorporate best practices and industry standards and share knowledge to ensure high-quality training content.
  • Update training materials to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees across various departments within the Transport Operations Group and Angkas bikers, using training modules, presentations, job aids, and resources to support effective learning and skill development.
  • Oversee the delivery of safety training programs, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor attendance and participation rates; conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
  • Encourage a proactive approach to safety and emphasize the importance of safe driving practices.
  • Analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement; identify skill gaps through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead team management and culture-building efforts; set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Business, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with ADDIE principles, other instructional design frameworks, and adult learning and training methodologies.
  • Experience or knowledge of instructional design using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Experience or knowledge of LMS/LXP; basic orientation with LMS processes is beneficial but not required.
  • Video editing experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Able to report onsite in Cainta, Rizal and Makati Offices, full onsite from Monday to Friday.
