JOB SUMMARY:

An HR Training Supervisor develops, creates, administers, and evaluates training programs to improve employee skills, match them with company goals, and build a culture of continuous learning. Key tasks include analyzing skill shortages, creating training materials, organizing training delivery, and managing training budgets, as well as mentoring workers and partnering with management to support employee development and organizational success.

Required Qualifications:

1.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar subject.

  1. Experience: At least 1-3 years in human resources, with a good foundation in employee training. Supervisory experience and exposure to various HR aspects (e.g., training, performance management, and compliance) are essential.

  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

  3. Knowledge of labor laws, human resource best practices, and disciplinary processes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Training plan: Creates and implements an overall training plan for the organization.

2.     Needs Assessment: Identifies skill and competency gaps and defines the major training requirements for employees and supervisors.

3.     Program Development: Creates and manages training programs such as onboarding, management development, and career advancement efforts.

4.     Budget Management: Creates and administers the training budget, assigning resources, and reports on spending.

5.    Mentorship & Support: Serves as a mentor to workers, offering comments and assistance to help them advance professionally and build an environment of empowerment.

6.    Compliance: Ensures that training programs adhere to business rules, procedures, and applicable employment regulations.

7.    Organizational Skills: The ability to handle various activities, projects, and resources effectively.
